FugLy benched from Envy, claims he was kept in the dark

The player has released a statement criticising Envy's handling of the situation and Nifty's role in all this.

Team Envy has announced that Jacob 'FugLy' Medina has been benched from their CS:GO team, being moved to the bench as he becomes a "restricted free agent", but this hasn't come without controversy.

FugLy himself has taken to TwitLonger to talk about the decision, claiming he was ignored and "kept in the dark" for the off-season, adding that he's unhappy with how he was treated.

The post also claims that Noah 'Nifty' Francis had helped make decisions without consulting the other teammates, and that a lot of decisions were a surprise to other members of the Envy team, prompting a backlash towards Envy on Twitter.

Time will tell how this situation unfolds, but it's clear this certainly isn't a smooth transition for Envy.

What do you make of the situation?
