Rfrsh Entertainment has revealed (via Esports Observer) that they will be investing up to 30 million euros (a little over 25.5 million pounds) into esports in the future.

Rfrsh Entertainment is focused around marketing and media rights, working with player-owned CS:GO teams, and this 30 million euros they are investing will be provided by a separate investment company bringing in additional investors.

"We are here to build tomorrow's global esports brands and have proven that we can excel talent to the top of the rankings," commented co-founder Jakob Lund Kristensen.

Venture capital firm Sunstone is in the seed round of four million euros, and René Rechtman is also involved, who will join the organisation as the founding Chairman of the Board. Danish handball pro Kasper Kvidt will also join Rfrsh as sports director next year.

Based on Copenhagen, Rfrsh already manages teams like Godsent, and this investment just proves how serious they are in their commitment to esports moving forward. How successful do you think this investment can be?
